Mapping two different web application to same name RRS feed

    Hi,

    I have two site in SharePoint 2013

    1) HTTP://123/mysite

    2) HTTP://456/site 

    HTTP://456/site has been mapped as HTTP://abc/

    Can I replace HTTP://123/mysite also as HTTP://abc/mysite

    Can it be possible to name two different web application with the same name..

    If yes How can it be implemented

    If it is possible to do then what could be impact on both the site
