Find In Files problems with searching for double-quoted strings RRS feed

I am running VS 2019, and have recently come across a problem using Find In Files (Ctrl-Shift-F). When I do a search on a string encased in double quotes and select Entire Solution or Current Project, nothing is found, but it works when limited to Current Directory or lower. Searching within a single file (Ctrl-F) works fine.

I can't reproduce this issue.  Are you clicking the "Find All" button?

    Hi That Don Guy,

Did you try to have the same problem in other situations? For example, only query one word.

And you can also try to create a new project to test if you have the same problem.

    It works in my vs2019.

    Best regards,

    Sam
