Anyone know of a good cheap cloud service for development and testing purposes?

Question

I am looking for a service where I can basically create a sharepoint dev box in the cloud and maybe a couple other boxes. Basically need at least the following

Ability to create multiple VM's

Need at least 16GB or ram

Ability to RDP into the box's

*All I found was cloudshare for about 60 a month. Does anyone know anything cheaper?

I don't know of anything better/cheaper. I am using Cloudshare. My environment at Cloudshare meets all of your requirements and I am paying $40/month.

Hi Doug,

As you are using the Cloudshare I suppose you can help me with few doubts that I have in my mind regarding the SharePoint in cloud.

1. When you work on cloud, do you feel any different from regular environment?
2. Is there any limitation in SharePoint while working on cloud?
3. What about the license of SharePoint on cloud? Do we need to take separate license?
4. Is there any specific thing that we have to take while developing SharePoint application that has to be deployed on cloud?
