Are there nuget packages for OData and an ASP.NET Core WebApi project with EF Core? RRS feed

I've used OData v4 libraries in the past with an ASP.NET WebApi Framework project. However, I'm trying to create an ASP.NET Core WebApi project (no framework, just .NET Core). I'm having several problems:

    1. Can't find an appropriate set of .NET Core OData libraries

    2. Examples on the web seem oriented towards OData .NET Framework libraries - several of the properties &  methods in examples are not showing up in Intellisense on my workstation.

Any help / suggestions would be appreciated

    I"m using VS 2017 Enterprise 2017 Preview
    Version 15.4.0 Preview 1.0

    Hi silverfox1948,

Can you tell me which kind of .net core version you are using? .Net core 1 or .Net core 2?

    Best regards,

    Hi silverfox1948,

    1. Can't find an appropriate set of .NET Core OData libraries

I suggest you could check this threads: https://github.com/OData/WebApi/issues/939

OData is on .NET Standard 1.1, which supports .NET Core 1.0; .NET Standard 2.0 is needed for .NET Core 2.0.

If you are using .Net Core 1.0, you could refer to the following command to install Microsoft.OData.Core.

    Install-Package Microsoft.OData.Core -Version 7.3.1

    More details, see: https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.OData.Core/

    Best regards,
    Dillion
