Hi. I'm simply trying to use the External Data tab on the Access 2016 ribbon (choosing "More", then choosing "Outlook Folder") to import or link my Outlook inbox to an Access 2016 database.
However, when I do, Outlook issues the message "You need to create a Microsoft Outlook profile", then instructs me to add a profile from Control Panel > Mail.
I already have an Outlook Profile, and am successfully using Outlook (without Exchange) to simply hook into a web-based email account (in this case, outlook.com).
Anyone know why this is happening?
