Bluetooth Mouse issues consistant disconnect/reconnecting RRS feed

  • Question

  • Windows 8.1 Lenovo U430T I7 2.6 GhZ 8gb ram USB 3.0 and 2.0

So my mouse has been giving trouble, so I went out and bought a new one and guess what... its the laptop. More specifically all 3 ports seem to work with anything other than a Bluetooth receiver/sender.

I have unchecked the allow computer to have automatic control over usb ports in Universal bus controller bit and this had no joy (something to do with the power options... did that too.

I then went in to HID and went through all of those and tried to do the same but two of them cause the computer to blue screen when I try to uncheck the box.... even if I disable them first. (Bluetooth compliant device)

Has anyone got any suggestions that don't involve me throwing it out of the window, downgrading to windows 10, or reinstalling the whole system..... both will result in the first suggestion..

Im not a techy.. im a design student.  so pictures and plain and poor English is the only language I speak. :)
