  • Question

  • Hello everybody,

    In my flyout is a link, and an iframe. The iframe has a name, and the link has as target the iframe, but it don't open in the iframe, but in a new webpage (_blanc). This is my code in the flyout.html:

    Code Snippet
    <html>
    <head>
    <link href="flyout.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
    </head>

    <body>
     <g:background src="background.png">

    <div id="frame">
     <IFRAME SRC="standby.html" height="576px" width="688" name="freem1"> </IFRAME>
    </div>
    <div id="dagen">
     <A href="http://link1.com" target="freem1">Link 1</A>

    </div>

     </g:background>
    </body>

    </html>

    Is it possible to open that link in the iframe?

  • I was just about to ask the same question. In a various test i noticed that a url would just ignore the target and open in the browser... a local link however 'page.html,' does in fact load in the iframe, unfortunately it seems to make the flyout loose focus... it doesn't fully close however, it re-sizes the flyout to a 22x59 px box.

    so even if you do get a url to load in the fly out it might do the same thing.

    hope you get an answer, cause if you get one, that i get one.
