cannot register.

Question

Microsoft visual basics 2008 express edition required me to register, so i did and when it sent me here:

The link said its broken and will not let me register for a code to continue working on my school project. Please help.

Hi Bryce,

Thanks for your post here:

There are many possible reasons and solutions:
1. Your network has problem and you need to fix it first.
2. The server is shut down because some unknown issue, you can try to register it later.
3. Try to register it on a different machine with different network environment
4. Visual Studio 2008 Express all-in-one ISO package does not need the key, you can download it from this page http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=6506
