Unable to obtain license RRS feed

  • Hello,

            My Visual Studio 2013 Preview is not updating its license. It says it cannot connect to the remote server. Is there an easy fix for this? Thanks.

    Please clarify detailed information about "not updating its license".

    And base on the description of "It says it cannot connect to the remote server. "

    This problem was probably caused by your network or web browser settings. I recommend you set Internet Explorer as your default web browser first. Then you can try these suggestions:

    1. Make sure your internet proxy settings are configured correctly.

    2. Try disabling any antivirus/internet security software while you try to do.

    3. Try resetting all the IE security settings to default (even if it's not your default browser).

    I strongly recommend you change another computer or another network environment to have an attempt (for example, you can do it on your friends' OS).
