Removed Application Insights, HockeyApp stopped collecting data RRS feed

  • Good morning,

    Recently HockeyApp stopped collecting data about one of our apps. I've contacted HockeyApp support and they asked if I had enabled Application Insights on Azure for that app. I said that yes, that was the case, but we did it as a test and after a quick check the Application Insights monitor got automatically removed as it (or the Azure account?) had expired.

    So, this is what HockeyApp support said:

    In theory, deleting the resource from Application Insights should not affect HockeyApp, but it seems like this is the case here and Application Insights has a bug. Please open a support thread with them and ask to restore your iKey:

    ... and here I am. Can someone "restore the iKey"?
