Different pages for mobile (ie small) browsers?

Hi;

What is the best way to respond to browsers that have a small form factore (ie mobile devices)? Is there a way to have it return a different aspx page if the size is below a set number?

Hello,

There are two ways,

1) Monitor the request to the website. If the website is requested from mobile device redirect all request to the mobile landing page which is optimized for mobile view.

2) Follow above with additional check on the mobile landing page whether the screen size of the mobile is below set number than move user to new mobile landing page.

Have a look at http://www.51degrees.mobi/Products/Foundation.aspx, it has facility of auto redirecting user to defined mobile landing page without changing any of your existing web pages. It also gives upto date information about mobile capabilities of the mobile requesting  your website.
