    Hi,

You may need to add reference to  System.Runtime.Serialization.dll (which located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Reference Assemblies\Microsoft\Framework\v3.0\System.Runtime.Serialization.dll"):

    1. In Visual Studio IDE, open Solution Explorer, expend your project.

    2. Right-click the References item, select Add Reference…

    3. In the pop up window, select .NET tab, in which you will find the System.Runtime.Serialization component, select the component, and click OK.

    Sincerely,
    Eric
