Development api for azure enterprise applications

I need to create a custom view to publish and manage the enterprise applications on azure AD. My question is: is there an api to manage the enterprise applications or what options azure give us to develop custom solutions that integrate with azure.

You can manage the Enterprise Apps using the Graph API - https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/graph

Note: Internally in Azure AD, those instances are represented as "service principals". Above is a links to the API calls for managing service principals.
