     Couple of more question about this. Does Access 2007 count towards Access Provider or as SQL provider? Would this method work with Asp.Net 3.5?

    Access 2007 is also a Access Provider. However, you'll need to have the Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0 driver installed on the server. The connectionstring should be something like:

    Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=|DataDirectory|database.accd

    If you'll get the error

    The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the local machine

    It means that the driver is not installed, which in a hosted environment, where you're most likely in since you're using Access, is often the case.

    And yes, it will work with ASP.NET 3.5
