How to make 1 WORD in a TextField BOLD RRS feed

How can I make one word in a Text Field Bold in SQL Reporting Services using VS 2005? Is it possible? I tried to change the .xml code of the .rdl and it gives me an error when I put a <b> word </b>.

I need to make one word BOLD of a sentenace. Currently I am putting 3 labels together with the Bold word by itself. This is causing the report to not be formatted in the Report Viewer of my ASP.net/.aspx page. Thanks.

    Thanks.

Appears what I need to do is not possible in VS 2005. We would need to move to SSRS 2008.

You might have to write an expression for the Font Bold property for the label and in there check for the value of the entire string and change the bold for the font. This should help you out.

This appears to be just for newer versions and not VS 2005? I am not able to test it right now though.

If the text is static if can be done. Just go to the tablix/list or textbox whatever control you are using it. I assume you are using textbox and entered tvb2727 as text. Now you want to bold the "t". So put your cursor inside the textbox select the "t" then press ctrl+b to bold it. you're done.

When I do what you said, it brings up a 'New Breakpoint' box and does not bold the text in VS 2005.
