An error occurred while signing: Invalid provider type specified -- outlook addin

Hi,

I created a new outlook addin and trying to compile without adding any code. I get an error:  An error occurred while signing: Invalid provider type specified. 

I can't disable "Sign the clickOne manifests" in the project properties. What should be done to solve this issue?

try to click button 'create test certificate'. maybe it will help

I tried by clicking on 'create test certificate'. I m getting the following error:

Certificate Creation Error
---------------------------
Invalid provider type specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80090014)

Any other solution?
