  • As mentioned in email, I think it's best to let CSS look at this case in detail.  I think they can do a better job interfacing with your personally to resolve your issue.

  • I don't see any of your pictures, but in general if you do on the server and see a TCP Syn, and no response this means that either there is nobody listening on that port, or the firewall has blocked your traffic.

    Hope that helps,

  • Hi Paul,

Please see the last attachment here(http://www.4shared.com/file/-6mGSEx8/TCP_connnections_reset_at_1208.html)

This is 1433 used by SQL server so it is impossible that nobody listening or been blocked. TCP connections reset occurred intermittent.

  • That particular sharing service is asking me to signup to access.  Is there a way to share it publically.  Or you can conact me by email from the http://blogs.technet.com/netmon, or use skydrive as another option.

If the resets are intermittent, then I wonder if it's load related.  Do you know if the machine might be under high load when the problem happens?

  • Hi Paul,

Thanks for your reply. I have uploaded in skydrive.

I had created a case in MS CSS, too. [REG:112121310077648]

    My problem is very weird.

    1. It happened at xx:00~xx:01 or xx:30~xx:31. It seems to happen after a specific SAP/SQL job is running.

    2. only 4 out of 26 application servers connections are dropped.

    3. only cluster/SQL service IP address are dropped. Physical IP address are ok.

    4. It occurred intermittently about 20~40 seconds.
