Multiple Users Accessing One Calendar? RRS feed

  • Question

Hey everyone, first time here and I have a question for you all. I work with a company that is desperately trying to find a way to create a calendar that can be created and then accessed by any of the employees within not only one office building but multiple offices spanning different states. Since the group works together not only do they need everyone to be able to see each and every addition to the calendar but then despite who created it, anyone can modify or change the calendar appointments and dates as they change and fluctuate, along with adding side notes. The company has a great stable server that it already utilizes within the multiple offices that they all access via remote desktop application, but could something be used that would not require a remote desktop so the company executives (who are older and not so computer savvy) can install the software onto their personal laptops and still have full functionality without using remote desktop? Comments? Suggestions? Totally open! We already tried using Microsoft Outlook but it didnt allow modifications to other's calendar dates, simply creation and addition to a massive calendar.
