Displaying a View based on if the form has been completed or not. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm using SP 2007 and InfoPath 2007. I want to switch the view of a form if someone has filled it out. For example, if I use the InfoPath form for a vote, I don't want someone to vote more than once. If they have voted, I want to switch the view.

Answers

  • you can have rules on your vote control with an action to switch to a different view.

You probably need to have multiple views on your form to see that action available (did not test this though).
