    Updating your Internet Explorer from version 8 to 11 maybe can solve this Visual Studio issue. Quick tip is that you need to restart your computer before it actually takes effect on signing in process.

    I've seen the screenshot and looks like you can not login to the Visual Studio, perhaps the network issue?
