Unable to connect D365 using logic app RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    When i try to establish connection between Logic App and D365, getting below error

    "OAuth2 Certificate authorization flow failed for service 'Dynamics CRM Online Certificate'. Failed to acquire token from AAD: Keyset does not exist"

    can anyone help on this?

  • Hi,

    You need to verify the authentication and authorization of the user with which you are trying to connect D365 instance . Better way is to try to login with the user credentials on D265 portal and verify the user rights
