Ports aren't getting opened

Hello

I am running a windows VM, and I tried opening the ports by following the tutorials online.

I added inbound port rules, and specified any and all, but when checking the ports online it shows they are still closed.

What to do?

Greetings,

The ports you are enabling in the NSG tabs are the firewall equivalents provided from the Azure side for the subnet level. They will not disturb or manipulate VM specific firewall policies/ports. You need to enable /disable VM internal port separately.
