How to change today screen background / start menu programatically??? RRS feed

    To change the background of the start menu, following is what you need :

    Make the registry changes indicated in that to change the background.

  • Hey Milan, thanks for the link, very useful.

    I'm still not sure how to refresh the menu background in Win Mo 6.5, do you have any resources on this? 
    I can refresh the today screen using:

     SendMessage((IntPtr)HWND_BROADCAST, WM_WININICHANGE, 0xF2, 0); 

    but this has no effect on the menu screen.
