Managing ADFS from a mobile device?

Question
-
Looking for a solution for our helpdesk folks to administer Office 365 account passwords for our end users while they are on the road and not at a domain joined machine.
I was hoping that the 365 admin app would have some administration features but it looks like its a glorified support request portal and contact lookup.
Is there any way to manage 365 accounts from a mobile device using any app or mobile website?

Greetings,
Thank you for posting your query here.
Microsoft has recently released a new Mobile App that allows Office 365 Administrators to make changes and view information about their tenant directly from their mobile device. For increased security, the Office 365 Admin app supports Windows Azure Directory Multi-Factor Authentication and the option to set a unique application-specific PIN code.
IMPORTANT: You need to have an active Office 365 subscription with administrator user rights to use this app.
You might want to refer Administer on the go with the updated Office 365 Admin app and office 365 admin.
