Visual studio Extensions

i wrote an extension for Visual Studio 2013 and i want to use it with Visual Studio 2015. is that possible ?

i need your answers please.

You need to update your extension. In source.extension.vsixmanifest designer change Install Targets to [12.0, 14.0]
