How to prevent users entering time on a task (PS 2013)

How to prevent users from entering time on a task and/or on the whole project (Project Server 2013) ?

Hi,

Insert the Locked field in a PWA project view such as "Tasks Summary"

Toggle from No to Yes for all the tasks you want.

Hi Robert,

As Gerard said, for the Task level, Insert the "Publish" field in Project Pro, and make it as "No", so that the resources would not enter efforts against the Tasks.

For the Project level, Press ctrl +T to open the "Team Builder" and change the resource from "Committed" to "Proposed" and publish the project.
