i wanted to test my website with mobile fones , but i dont have mobile fones like android , iphone ,windows fone etc etc
are there any browsers which can give me virtualisation of them at my labtop windows ?
i wanted to test how they look on the mobile version of my website
Or if there is any other technioque then please let me know

It depends. There is no easy way to test all mobile devices from your Windows laptop computer. There are different emulators based on the type of mobile device, and how you get them varies based on the manufacturer.
