Worflow Manager ERROR: Not able to "Create a new Service Bus farm" RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi Everyone,

I'm new at this, and keep hitting a wall at ever turn.

Now I'm trying to configure Workflow Manager that I installed with Web Platform Installer.

I installed Web Platform Installer and Workflow Manager on my laptop. Is this correct?

Should I have installed both these programs on the SharePoint Server?

Is this why I get these errors?

    Thanks in advance.

  • Thanks Trevor.

We have a single farm. Our SharePoint is installed completely on 1 server.

So then I need to Install the "Web Platform Installer" on the SharePoint server and then install "WorkFlow Manager" and "WorkFlow Manager Client" in this same SharePoint Server. Correct?

  • No, that's not correct. WFM/Azure SB should be installed on one, three or five servers. They can be on a SharePoint server or on their own. WFM Client needs to be installed on all SharePoint servers.
