javascript and bootstrap not working properly with template integration in MVC project

This is my first ASP.NET MVC project. 

I am trying to use new UI

http://www.urbanui.com/majestic/template/pages/ui-features/typography.html

for a project. After installing this theme as Layout page, the javascript and bootstrap of this theme is not working with my project e.g. toogle side bar jquery validation etc.

I have committed my project in git hub.

The template is based on bootstrap 4, and your project is bootstrap 3. You are using jquery 1.10, but bootstrap 4 require 3.2+. You have  sass files, but don’t seem to have a sass build in the project.

the template required a vendor build of js file via gulp, but I don’t see these.
