Text window in Graphics mode RRS feed

  • Is it possible to open a text window while in a graphics window and send text to it i.e errors? Similar to Linux std out?

  • Yes, that is possible. Just open a GraphicsWindow, do something is it, and put after that a TextWindow.Wriiteline in your program. The textWindow opens then. If you want to interact with the GW after that, you have to click in the GW to bring it to the foreground. Just try it out, you only need two lines to test it.
