Support for System.Web.Http.Batch.HttpBatchHandler in .net core

We have a MVC application in .net framework 4.5.2 where we are using HttpBatchHandler for batch requests. But while migrating the code to the .Net core 3 preview 4, we are not able to find the corresponding class. Can you please let us know do you have a plan to migrate this class?
