Unable to deploy WinPhone 8.1 app to Mobile Emulator 10.0.10158.0 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm getting the following error when trying to deploy a WinPhone 8.1 app (in Visual Studio 2015) to Mobile Emulator 10.0.10158.0 WVGA 4 inch 1GB.  If anyone knows how I can uninstall a sideloaded package on the Mobile Emulator, please let me know.  I don't even know why the message keeps re-appearing even after I restart Visual Studio.  Thanks.  John
