My email is tied to a previous startup which is now graduated, it won't let me apply again for a new startup I'm joining RRS feed

  • I have previously applied for BizSpark back in 2012 for the startup I was working for.  The application was accepted, and the firm has since graduated.  I am no longer with that firm.

    I have joined a new startup and we want to apply to BizSpark.  When I try to apply, it asks me to sign in, and when I do so using my Microsoft account, it is tied into my previous application.

    I am not seeing a way to apply anew or to unbundle myself from the previous firm to apply again.  

    Is the only way forward to create a brand new Microsoft account, or is there a more elegant solution?
