Process is not attaching in Visual studio 2010 RRS feed

    Am getting hard time to debug code of a visual webpart in visual studio 2010 ,  proccess is not attching to debug the code.

    if i need to attach the process , i am re-deploying the webpart and attaching the process to debug.

    but i dont want to deploy code every time i want to debug the code?

    am wasting lot of time in debuging.

    please help me.

    My environment:

    Windows 7 64-bit

    Visual studio 2010

    SharePoint server 2010

    Hi,

     

    May I know what happened when you press F5 to run the web application? you may press Ctrl + F5 to let the web application runs standalone and then attach VS to the running process by select Tool -> Attach to process, hope this helps.
