Any ETA on Actionable Message Support in Outlook for iOS? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello. Our organization is currently looking at using Actionable Message cards in Outlook to streamline certain review/approval processes.  We have successfully deployed and tested our use-case scenario by utilizing Actionable Messages in the O365 Outlook Web App as well as Outlook 2016 (O365) desktop clients.  However, we would ideally like to bring this functionality to our corporate users that may be viewing messages on their iPhone and mobile devices.  Currently, we are unable to view any Actionable Message content using our iPhone (iOS) or mobile devices.  Microsoft's documentation https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/actionable-messages/  currently indicates that support for Actionable Messages on mobile devices is "Coming Soon".  Is there a more approximate ETA or additional details on planned release for this availability?

  • Hello GSMarc,

This forum(Outlook for Developers) is for developments issues related Outlook Object Model and I think your issue is more related to Office 365 Rest API, so I would move the thread to Office 365 for Developers forum.

    Thanks for understanding,

    Best Regards,

    Terry
