workplace join - "Connect to work" - clients stuck at "Joining your organization's network" RRS feed

  • I have a few computers where the user has successfully used the Accounts section of Windows 10 to connect to the workplace.   In the Azure portal, the computer appears in the list as managed and seems fine from that end. 

    On the client, though, clicking Info ont he connection states that it's not finished setting up the connection.  It is stuck on the "Connect to work" section, specifically "Joining your organization's network".  This is a workplace join procedure, so I am not sure what it is trying to do at this stage (obviously, not join the on prem domain).

    I am not sure where to start in terms of troubleshooting this issue..any thoughts?
