The application does not see the normal screen, the list of applications in a shared window can show this?
Android to Windows 8 in that there is such a function that feature, please do wonder.

I *think* you're asking if you can change the icon on the tile that is displayed on the start screen. You can change the logo in the package.appxmanifest file of the app. If this isn't what you mean, please explain more.
