bluetooth desktop application in C# .NET 4.0 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi, I am developing a desktop .NET 4.0 application in C#. the applcation should scan the bluetooth devices and should communicate using Serial Port Profile (SPP). The application should run in windows XP, Windows-7 and Vista.

Is there any .NET APIs available for communicating with bluetooth devices via serial port?

  • Hello, Alan

I'm working on a Bluetooth application where I need to suppport more than 7 simultaneous connections.

One way of achieving this is to use more than 1 radio however XP SP2 (MS stack) only allows you to have 1 radio attached.

Can you give me some suggestions to solve this problem by using 32feet.NET
