    How do i share my programs with someone who doesn't have Visual Studio or any other programming software?

    If built in Visual C++ Express, you will need to give them your .exe file as well as the msvcrt80.dll from <Visual Studio Install Path>\VC\Redist\x86 (for 32-bit programs).
