Not able to view organization library RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I am not able view organization library/ public folder created on exchange server.

    Can you please let me know if any settings need to be done on client machine.

  • You have to be given permissions on the server by an administrator to install a form to that library, but you should be able to see it if it exists. Double-check the user permissions as per this article:

  • HI Eric,

    I added my user in exchange server administrator group and now able to see the option Organization library,but when i select option i get  error -"An error occurred while going to this folder "

    Can you please also let me know which permission are required?

    Thanks for your support.

    Somehow I managed and able to publish forms with admin login on which Exchange server  is installed.

    Now I am facing different problem,

    When I Send the form to user for approval then he is not able to respond/approve the form.

    I face below error.

    Can you please help me on this?
