    Hi,

First, we need have azure subscription. If you don't have azure subscription, please go to azure official site to sign up a new azure subscription: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/

If you have Azure subscription, we can download the publish setting file to get the "subscription ID", "Subscription Name", "Management Certificate", here is the publish setting file download link: https://manage.windowsazure.com/publishsettings

If you have Azure subscription, but you still get the information that tells you have no subscription. Please use "CTRL+SHIFP+P" to open IE, then try again.

    Best Regards,

    Sorry for my late reply.

    I have a dreamspark subscription.

When I trying to link https://manage.windowsazure.com/publishsettings, I have a message "You have no subscriptions associated with this directory ".

I tried to change the browser, used private mode and deleted cache files and all my history. - It does not help.

How I can solve my problem ?

    Thanks,

    Irina
