I'm facing an error with description "Sequence contains no elements" when i'm about to add new Razor page to my project.

I've been trying to uninstall VS 2017 and reinstalled it again, Repair the Visual Studio but it shows no effect, the error message is still there. How do i overcome this issue? thank you

Hi, thank you for your response.

It turns out that all my NuGet dependencies are all covered with yellow triangle mark. I think that i should remove all of them and get the version based on the net.core i used.

Makes little sense to use VS 2017 unless your place of work restricts what is installed on your machine.  Keep in mind, VS 2017 cannot take advantage of the latest ASP.NET Core Version and VS 2019 (or VS Code) are free.

    Hi,

based on the net.core i used

Which is? Visual Studio requirements for the SDK you are trying to use are available at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/core/install/sdk?pivots=os-windows#install-with-visual-studio

As pointed already you could consider using VS 2019 (possibly side by side with your existing VS 2017).

I thought that reverting the project from VS 2017 to VS 2019 might cause issues. Anyway, the problem has been solved thank you.
