Pivottable and PivotCharts cannot be created -error message RRS feed

  • Question

  • Using 14.0.4734.1000_ProfessionalPlus - Release Candidate with x86 Powerpivot for Excel (from the powerpivot site). Install ok on Windows 7 Ultimate.

Imports data correctly from Microsoft Dallas online feed but when you click on any of the Pivottable buttons a error dialog pops up - which is: This command cannot be completed because the operation is not supported.

Any ideas - never had issues of this type throughout the beta program

    best regards

  • Colin is right. PowerPivot CTP3 is not supported with Office 2010 RC. As of now, PowerPivot RC0 is set to be a private release available to TAP customer only. If there is any change to this, we will let you know.

    Thanks!
