Free data sets filter does not work.

E.g. this data set is not free but appears in search results: https://datamarket.azure.com/dataset/4b9f1ede-bdbf-4a8e-a9f4-c04d36ef8826
Free filter today displays all the datasets that have some free option.
The GeoData dataset has free trial option and hence surfaces in the free filter.
We will be making some small changes in the filtering soon, which should help this a bit.
