I am developing an application on windows 8. Will it run on windows8.1 also? I want to debug it on both windows8 and windows8.1. Which Visual studio will require?Monday, August 18, 2014 7:06 AM

Windows 8.1 is backwards compatible with Windows 8 Apps. You will however only have access to the features already available in 8.0.
