Azure Database Migration Service is free depending on the size of your workload.
For Offline migrations, you can choose the Standard tier, there are no additional charges for a compute of upto 4 vcores. This tier is ideal for most small and medium sized workloads.
If you have a large workload, need continuous online migration support, you will need to opt for a Premium Tier which had a cost of $0.37/hour.
As of today, the Premium 4-vCore is free for 6 months (183 days) from the DMS service creation date before incurring any charges.
