Delivered Deliverables RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,
I want to check, in Project Pro 2007, all the Deliverable which have been delivered (100% completed).
I tried a text task custom field with the following formula:
    IIf([Deliverable Type]=1 And [% Complete]=100;"Delivered";"")
But this formula works only when the answer is, yes: it has been delivered. All the other conditions return an #ERROR.
    What did I miss?
    Thanks for your help

  • Hi,

interesting. If I use your formula, I also see only "#ERROR" or "Delivered" until hitting F9. When project is recalculated, it shows correct values. I have tried to replace "" (empty) by " " (blank). Blank is kept and doesn't need a recalculation.

Calculation is set to automatic. Can someone explain?
    Regards
    Barbara

  • Barbara,

Despite there is no explanation for the recalculation of the project, the "blanck" tip is satisfactory :)

  • Project Server keeps you busy, even in the weekend? ;-) Glad that you are happy with a workaround!
