If a simple direct relationship exists between say an employee and a company and an employers current view shows the the employees in his company *. Then if he creates a new employee he would expect the default company for the new employee would be the current
selected company. This does not happen. The "new" employee page company dropdown list shows all companies and he would have to select his own company in the list.
(*i.e he might have chosen his company as a filter in the "list"-view and then "details view")
