Adding icon to windows service exe RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

    I have a Windows service.

How can I set a icon to this service so that it can be seen in Task Manager or Process Explorer?

    Thank you in advance!

  • Go to the project's Properties window. Under Application is resources\Icon. If the icon is already in your project then you can select it from here otherwise use Browse to find the icon. It'll get added to the project.
