  • Question

  • Hello All,

I have just started learning Azure and Virtual Machines is the first topic that I am learning, now I want to know which is the best method to deploy on VM, PowerShell or CLI ? Which one is more useful so that I should focus on learning only one of them.

  • CLI is tool that should be PowerShell-like-tool on all platforms. You can use same commands no metter what platform you use: Windows, Linux or Mac.

But I think that PowerShell is way more powerfull and better for use so I see no point in using CLI now that PowerShell is coming to Linux as well.
